Young Beginnings

The Fear Release is an integral part of the HypnoBirthing® program. As you will learn through the course, fear is often the primary cause of a long and painful labor and delivery, and as such, a lot of focus is placed on helping mother’s to release any fears they may have associated with childbirth. While you will have the opportunity to complete one fear release session in class, additional fear release sessions are available on a one-on-one basis. These extra sessions are recommended for anyone who might have specific fears or persistent concerns that they would like to address and resolve prior to going into labor.
